11/20/2012 Wake up sun!

I woke up this morning and grabbed my bike to cruise by the ocean. I went along the coast for a total of 8.5 miles. The water is absolutely a beautiful color today. A mesmerizing blue!

November 18, 2012 Evening ride...

We were planning to do some bike riding today but being caught up with other things hindered my time to do any real planning. The weather was unpredictable with showers and dark clouds appearing so that kind of came to a close. Instead I decided to take my Yamaha Waverunner for a ride! Not a bad second best! I love the water in the evenings. All of the boats seem to be heading for port, the channel is usually pretty clear of traffic. A good friend of mine told me the water would be very choppy since he was out there in the morning but I decided to see for myself. There is nothing like a Miami Sunset or a Miami Sunrise especially from the water. It is breathtaking and unbeatable to be 5 miles out and watch the sun disappear or appear in the mornings. I didn't get a chance to snap many pictures as I was too busy breaking through the chop and wearing gloves makes it difficult to control the camera. I did take one, thanks for reading!

November 18, 2012... Shelby decides to go tanning at the beach

Today we took Shelby out to the beach. She loves to travel and she loves car rides so this was a definite treat for this beautiful little woolly mammoth. If dog's could really smile then that would have been her facial expression the whole day! She is a golden retriever and has been with us all over the United States and Canada. She is also quite a camper and has been to almost every single National Park. Anyways, here are the pictures of the supermodel...

November 17, 2012 with the PWCFLORIDA crew!

We arrived at Haulover to be greeted by a beautiful high tide. It sure made it difficult to launch the jet skis! The old stadium, great place for 70MPH runs! A sunken houseboat due to the storm that has passed just a few weeks ago. I hope this person was not living on it and was insured. Always terrible to see a tragedy. Another shot of the stadium, from what I hear they plan to renew it and get it up and running again. That would be a great idea to watch some organized races once again! Just yours truly next to a sunken sailboat that has been here for a while. Not much left but a bare hull. Flagler Memorial island sure seems pretty empty due to this high tide. The water reached the upper area of the island making parking pretty much impossible. It rained all morning and when we went out at 11 the water was still beautiful and clear. Got to love Miami, the weather pattern is simply unpredictable. A view of my jet ski's butt LOL Just some of the toys in the group together. We now call this Yamaha island! Claimed! Joan's FZS/FZR conversion Alfonso finally waking up on time to come out with the group Another sunken sailboat
