9/15/2012 Jet Ski Session
The ocean called for 2-3ft waves with a choppy inlet. We got together with a few Sea-Doo's, a couple of Yamaha's and a Honda F15X and decided to hit the water. The inlet was actually pretty flat with no real waves or chop to speak of. The inlet was a different story and actually pretty fun. The outgoing tide and the incoming wind provided us with small rollers which are perfect for wave jumping.
Small pic of air!
Enjoy the video below!!! This was filmed by pwcpilot Pete so all credit goes to him!

9/9/2012 Jet Ski Ride down the beach...
Hopped on the waverunner and decided to cruise down the beach. Made it past the Miami inlet near the port and around the small islands. Ocean was pretty tame but the 10-15MPH wind provided for a nice chop. It was actually calmed in the ocean then in the inlet, very weird. I snapped a pic on the iphone really quickly, check it out!

9/8/2012 Morning Bike Ride...Manatee Spotting
This morning I decided to take a ride on my bike down the beach. I did around 8 miles along the coast and spotted a manatee coming in and playing around the inlet. Enjoy the video. Again this is filmed in MIAMI, Florida.

Hurricane Isaac 8/25/2012
We went out the day before the hurricane struck just to see how ocean conditions would be here in Miami. The seas were supposed to be around 6FT with occasional 8 footers rolling in and out as you went further offshore. We met at the ramp of Haulover in Sunny Isles, Florida around 10AM to find it pretty much deserted. I was still forced to pay the $15 ramp fee by the ranger at the scene, can't get away from that one even during a hurricane as they chase you down LOL! It was all worth it as the day turned out to be a lot of fun with great friends. I was actually surprised that we were able to get 4-5 of us together on such short unplanned notice and with weather conditions the way they were. Anyways, enjoy the pictures and the video I quickly took with my iphone. I did not have my camera with me at the time so most of these shots came of off a go pro or a contour HD that was mounted to Louis's Yamaha or Greg's Yamaha. Overall it was a nice day and can't wait to do this again. I somehow managed to lose my life jacket at the ramp while helping the others launch their jet ski's. Pretty sad about that one :( So if anyone finds it you know who it belongs to LOL

And here is a short video that I put together. It was raw footage so not much editing going on here.

August 18, 2012 Jet Ski in Key Largo
Today we headed to the Florida Keys to do some riding. Lucky for us that live in South Florida paradise is only 1.5 hours away via the Florida Turnpike. We ran through some mangrove trails and proceeded into the ocean to the final destination. Alligator Reef Lighthouse. The seas were a bit choppy as opposed to the smooth conditions that were described on the weather report. Inside of the cut it was smooth as glass. We were able to run 70MPH for pretty much most of the trip in the inside passage. I will be honest, our riding time was cut pretty short when we discovered those mangrove trails, high speed runs sure suck your gas out! LOL I believe Yamaha when they say an FZR will eat a full tank in 45 minutes at full throttle. Enjoy the video!

August 12, 2012 Sunrise Ride
My close friend Louis and I decided to enjoy the morning... really early. We decided to wake up at 5:45AM and head into the ocean while it was still calm. We ran out a bit over 10 miles off the coast until we lost phone service and decided to head back. We were stopped by police officers who obviously thought we were doing narcotics drops and laughed with us. The sunrise was amazing. We then headed to do some snorkeling at Fowey Rocks Lighthouse here in Florida. I hope you enjoy the video! Thanks for checking it out!
