10.7.2012 Jet Ski Adventures

Today I went out with a few friends. We hit the water around 10am and proceeded to head down to Miami through the ocean yet staying close to shore and the beaches. The inlet was full of fun to jump rollers extending out from one side of Haulover inlet to the another. Our inlet gets a little bit rough but if you hug the south or the north jetty it becomes a lot easier. Every week we witness 17FT boats trying to run out through the center of it all and they all come close to capsizing. Usually novice boaters with not much real ocean experience. This was also a great opportunity to remove all of the badges on Dairon's FZS so we proceeded to do that on the water. It looked like a pit crew was doing the work, everyone grabbed a side and got to work. A lot better than having dealer stickers all over the boat and the Yamaha brand plastered all over your new toy. We cruised by Viscaya, the Key Biscayne Lighthouse, and South Beach checking out the sights. The Regatta was going down in Elliot key so that kept most of our sandbars pretty clean. We managed to hit some nice rain on this ride as well! Dolphins decided to surround us on one part of the passage and kept following alongside as we rode on. I guess they know that there is no external prop and we do not cause any harm to them like most boats. Besides, dolphins are naturally nosy animals and constantly trying to explore their surroundings. Anyways, enjoy the video!!!!! The video was filmed using Olympus Stylus waterproof camera's as well as a Contour HD for jumping footage.
